Everything was harvested by hand and fermented whole cluster in open top neutral fermenters and rested for 6 months in old French oak. While only 10%, the Grenache really comes through. Lush dark fruit, finessed tannins, some bay leaf, and black pepper. So delicious and a great example of the potential of Los Angeles wine!
